The 2026 NC Solid Waste Enforcement Officers Association Fall Conference will be held Wednesday, October 21 through Friday, October 23 at the Shell Island Resort in Wrightsville Beach. There is a full slate of programs and presentations designed to bring you up-to-date with the trends in enforcement practices, changes in legislation, and training designed to keep you safe and help you to manage the wide variety of situations and personalities you encounter every day on the job.
