North Carolina Solid Waste Enforcement Officers Association
Dear members and affiliates,
After careful consideration of the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) overseas and in the United States, your NC Solid Waste Enforcement Officers Association Executive Committee has decided not to host our customary conference this year.
NCSWEOA has been monitoring the coronavirus situation with the health, safety, and well-being of our members and guests in mind. We have consulted with speakers, vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, other meeting participants and service providers. In addition, we have kept up to date with guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other state and national public health authorities. All of the information we gleaned from these sources ultimately led us to the difficult decision to cancel our 2020 Annual Fall Conference.
Please visit this website for alternative training opportunities which will be announced in the coming weeks. As always, thank you for your continued support of NCSWEOA and for your contributions to the communities which you serve. Stay safe and stay well.
Caleb Sinclair, President
The NCSWEOA would like to thank you for your efforts during this difficult time. Please reach out to fellow NCSWEOA members for support as we navigate this pandemic together. Remember to remain diligent with your personal safety while you dispense your duties as we move forward.
